Our Auto Detailing Terms

We have worked hard to become the leading Detail business. Our results speak volumes, all we ask in return is that you respect our policies, terms of business, and our staff. In return, we will always deliver what we promised at Detail Excellence.

 

  • In order for customers to join our Maintenance Program, customers firstly need to get any detail service completed by us. This will allow them to be eligible to join our program.

  • If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, dirt, paint, pet hair, mold, vomit, or blood, additional charges WILL apply. We advise if you have any of the above to have a few selected pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate !

  • If you have scheduled an appointment with us that is NOT mobile based, PLEASE be on time to your selected service. We are appointment based only for our Detailing services so therefore we have a set schedule throughout our day and week. We give our customers 15 minutes after not arriving for their scheduled appointment. Anything after, we will have to reschedule for a later time or unfortunately cancel!

    Detail Excellence can not control acts of traffic, acts of God, or acts of others. If we have to cancel or rearrange your detail appointment due to an unfortunate incident, it will be within a day or two of the original booking.

    There are rare incidents where last minute emergencies happen. We will let our customers know right away and we will put you as first priority to reschedule your appointment later on towards the day or ASAP.

 

Maintenance Program

Detail Excellence will only honor our Maintenance Program booked to every two months. If you have a specific schedule you would like to follow on a regular basis, feel free to contact us directly where we can tailor your needs to your liking. We work closely with our loyal members to get their vehicles maintained.

If you have had a busy month and been off roading, hiking, had a child be sick, or an horrible accident in your car occur, don’t worry we got you covered.

Just please make sure you contact us and let us know the issue before our agreed Maintenance Detail. As more time on your car we didn’t expect can cause us to be late for our next client. Resulting us in being unreliable and diminish the good and high name we have built as a business.

We’re a fully equipped mobile detailing van with our own electricity and water supply that can bring detailing services to your doorstep. We also have a local drop off location for vehicles that need to be with us for longer for that extra car care!

Our drop off location isn’t available for same day appointments or free quotes. We travel all around the Gwinnett and surrounding areas since we mostly service our customers mobile. Please let us know if you are trying to drop off your vehicle in our location.
